Delightful family-friendly hotel with stunning views of the bay. Extensive and well priced breakfast, compact standard triple room. Very good facilities and comfortable beds. Unbeatable and easy location near the river, wonderful restaurants in the local area.

Liked staff and location, they were wonderful. Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a writing table and an electric kettle in the room. Had pretty nice bedroom and met accommodating and attentive staff at the reception desk. The location was best possible and wonderful, for example, a Roman Catholic cathedral was not too far from the hotel. Excellent central venue set in the lively area. Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Galway.
Our rooms definitely had to be cleaned on a daily basis.

The location was ideal, right on quay street and within walking distance of everything. Especially when we were surprised with a box of chocolates as star room guests. The cozy rooms were a perfect sun trap for summer days!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Delicious Irish breakfast. Quiet rooms despite the proximity to the centre. Rooms have always been perfectly cleaned.

Lots of food at breakfast, such as eggs and bangers. Handy location, close to The Market. Restaurants and bars close to it.

Prime central location, scenic views of the River Corrib, efficient taxi ordering service
The parking garage is tight!!! The rooms would greatly benefit from mini fridges for convenience!!! Cleaning could be improved-dust and stray hairs shouldn't be common in a hotel of this caliber!!!

Good hotel centrally located in Galway. We had the deluxe double room. Room's okay. Clean, beds are comfortable, but the equipment is more like a normal double room. Breakfast is very good. Only the parking in the adjacent parking garage is very expensive in my opinion. It would have been helpful if there was some price information about parking in the hotel description. Otherwise the hotel is recommendable

Location is perfect. Close to everything.
The hotel is very popular for city breaks, stag parties and so on and there is a slight musty or stale smell about the place. It was also very overpriced. We paid 170 euro for one night in a budget hotel. Perhaps this is symptomatic of overpricing in Galway during the summer in general but it wouldn't entice me back.

We loved visiting the Aquarium and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere with traditional music sessions. The location was perfect for exploring the local market and nearby attractions. Just a heads up, the breakfast offered was decent, but if you're looking for more options, consider checking out nearby cafes.
Our room was a bit warm, and the cooling fan just didn't cut it, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The staff made our stay at Jurys Inn. They really are so helpful and friendly. I have stayed in so many hotels that look for any opportunity to rip you off but Jurys Inn was completely different. One of us was sick on the 2nd day and we decided to get a take away. Jurys Inn supplied plates and knives and forks. The rooms are basic but pristine. The location is superb. There isn't a better located hotel in Galway city.
My one fault was the fact that there is no ice machine and you have to go to the bar for ice which is a bit of a pain!!

Fantastic location directly on the river. There may be a bit of a rush, but we didn't mind. The breakfast is fine and offers enough possibilities if you stay only for a few days.
Unfortunately, the parking garage is very narrow and not cheap. But unfortunately, this problem exists almost everywhere in Ireland. The breakfast could be a bit more varied.
